		<description>Excellent! Keep up the good work.  Amazing what a difference a day makes! How close to the actual milage will you train up to? (For the marathon I "only" train up to 22 miles, even though the actual distance is 26.2)

I used to feel l looked like a pro when I ran until I saw a video of myself shuffeling along. lol</description>
