Planning
The run last night was good, though quite humid. We did our 4 miles slowly and calmly. Happily, the park was much emptier than usual because there were scattered thunderstorms. I love to run when the weather is threatening–it’s dramatic and cooling and close to home if I need to rush away.
I’m hoping to get a 23 mile ride, a 7-8 mile run and perhaps a swim in my schedule this weekend. The swim depends on whether I need to do a social activity on Sunday afternoon. I have mixed feelings about that. I’ll be doing a lot of restaurant dining this weekend and I love that. But adding a third restaurant meal/snack to one weekend seems like a lot for my weight watching body to withstand. I am planning on a lot of seafood. Or at least chicken.
In about an hour I have a weekly meeting to find out how it’s going with our field interviews. I need to be friendly and helpful. I feel annoyed and ready to go home. At 2 PM, I’m leaving. 8 - 2 on a Friday is a long enough day.

Good luck with the workout schedule - I got tired just reading about it.

As Rob Schneider says in just about all of Adam Sandler’s movies: “You can do it!”
How is your foot? Still bothersome?
