A tedious, gluttonous, TV-loving individual

I just had a WW weigh in and I am down over 4 lbs in the past three weeks. I promptly celebrated with some beef Negimaki and california rolls.

I need to consult my books, such as my Nancy Clark guide. I don’t think I should be following a WW plan for the next week; I want to be sure that I have enough fuel to finish the triathlon and to me that sounds more like 2000-2200 calories per day compared with the 1500-1750 that I have been consuming in the past 3 weeks.

Being the “glass half empty” type I am filled with the certainty that I will gain weight in the next week.  In the past three years I have ALWAYS gained weight the week of a big race.  Why? Because I eat sweets!  My friend the baked goods, the pastries, the bread, the sweets!

So I am a tedious, gluttonous, TV-loving individual.  I’m allowed. It happens…daily…hourly.  yeah.  That’s my Monday news.

Eat and be merry…but according to Nancy, only good carbs. ;) But then you have earned it, have some for me! :)
