I have serious garden tasks to do and it's just too gross out to spend more than 20 minutes doing them. Also, the banana bread recipe can be found under Recipes on my front page (it's from Joy of Cooking). And the cookies - just make yer regular tollhouse cookies and add two large spoonsful of peanut butter to the batter. Hea.Ven.Ly. It’s too hot here still and I’m with you on the cooler weather. I think it is on the way. It is demoralizing, I know what you mean. I couldn't believe the enormous difference doing my last long run in much cooler weather. I drank about 1/3 the amount of gatorade and the heat and humidity didn't zap me. (Maybe my gatorade consumption has something to do with why I haven't lost any weight in 12 weeks of training???)
