A moment of success and a moment of derision

I finally lost more weight and I’m up to a 7 lb loss in 13 weeks.  After another late day at JD, the weigh-in was quite a pick-me up.  It’s easy for me to eat less when I’m not working…less stress=less food in my world.

A young white woman was dismounting her bike. Apparently someone told her that she wasn’t supposed to be riding on the crowded sidewalk.

She screamed: I’m just getting off.  What’s wrong with you…[10 steps later]…don’t you know that this is how people get shot.

Newsflash…people don’t get shot by young white women, probably a grad student. 

Petulantly screaming those words will get YOU, the white nasal female student shot.  I wanted to tell her how pathetic she sounded, but decided to walk away.
