heavy

I’m going to go see an apartment on Sunday during an open house–it’s in a building I’m interested in.  The asking price of apartments in the building has increased 10% in the past year.   I really can’t afford the asking price, or even 5% below asking.   But I think it’s worth seeing what’s there.

I do love my current neighborhood and it’s a better neighborhood than where I’m looking, so at least there’s that.  But like most single people who aren’t finance people, I’m bummed about hosuing prices here.  Isn’t that uplifting.

Last night I walked over the Brooklyn Bridge to get some exercise before getting on the subway.   I enjoyed it a lot, but I’m missing running a lot.  The quality of my sleep isn’t as good and I’ve been waking up heavy-headed and irritable.   I can’t seem to shake it off…maybe later.

Housing prices are out of control everywhere! If I sold my house, I wouldn’t be able to afford another one - even one half the size with no land. Nothing’s in my price range. Good luck with your search.
